SHIPPING POLICY

At the Grief Shop ® our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.  Ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times!

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, creation, quality check, and packaging.   All orders are sent to the manufacturer for creation within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 24-48 hours.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our shop to the destination.  Orders take 5 to 7 business days for arrival; excluding processing time and holidays. (Note:  some custom orders require additional time, please be sure to check the product description and details)
