REFUND POLICY
For Apparel, please be sure you are confident in your color and size selection. For custom orders, please be sure the correct (high resolution) photo is uploaded/submitted. Also, please be sure to check the correct spelling for your customized text. If you receive the incorrect color/size/image, please contact our Customer Service department at info@thegriefshop.com
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to issue refunds.
If there is a manufacturer defect on arrival i.e. damaged crystal:
Send us the photo of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping
To return, you should mail your product to our store address provided in your email.
Being a custom product company please understand we incur costs as soon as we start working on your project and therefore are firm on the above refund policy.
